Leslie Gibson, OD

Dr. Leslie Gibson grew up in the Latrobe area where she still resides. She graduated from Duquesne University with a BS in biology and a minor in biochemistry. Dr. Gibson continued her education at The Ohio State University, earning her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2018. She completed externships at various locations including a Veterans Affairs Hospital, a community outreach clinic, and a large multi-specialty ophthalmology group. Dr. Gibson is a member of the American Optometric Society, the Pennsylvania Optometric Society, and the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society.

Dr. Gibson provides comprehensive eye care to the entire family and especially enjoys seeing children. Her extensive training in the management of ocular disease allows her to provide high quality, state-of-the-art care. She likes getting to know her patients on a personal level to better serve their everyday visual needs. Dr. Gibson is a member of the American Optometric Society, the Pennsylvania Optometric Society, and the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society.

In her free time, Dr. Gibson enjoys being active. She is an avid runner and participates in numerous road races throughout the year. She and her husband enjoy cycling together and spending time outside with their golden retriever. Dr. Gibson is excited to meet you and looks forward to seeing you at your next eye exam!
